===Forced arbitration===

In addition, prior to any action, the terms of service stipulate that a "pre-demand notice" be physically mailed to Coffee Meets Bagel offices that has to meet certain criteria.

The [[Forced arbitration|forced-arbitration]] clause was added in March 2024, shortly after Coffee Meets Bagel changed how its premium subscription worked (in December 2023) and denied refund requests to users who were past their refund period.{{citation needed}}
