The vacuum robots cannot be set up through the app or connect to the app anymore. Feature such as room mapping only work through the app, so that feature cannot be used anymore. The only way to use the robot is through offline control. The vacuum robot is still sold on Amazon in Germany.
Reddit users have noticed the same problem and found that the only workarounds is through creating an account in China.
Reddit users have stated that when confronted with the issue, Tesvor support claims that the issue is a broken Wi-Fi module, though some users have pointed out that their vacuum robot shows up as connector to their home network.
