Suggested recently:
- 'Speaking of Do Not Buy lists, how about a DNSBL run by volunteers off Louis' wiki?'
(A DNS Block List is commonly used to block malicious email (spam) and/or IP traffic) - More feasible to adopt widely: a shopping browser extension that steers you away from rights violators. Like PubPeer warns you of crap published studies.
- Also feasible to adopt widely: Ad-Blocker list that steers you away from rights violators.
(a few more clicks to set up, but the effect is too blunt - blocking page loading w/o explanation.)
I figure most people here are already using ad blockers. Do most of them support additional blocklists?
