Otherwise dubbed the "Great Blizzard Bank Heist". I have unfortunately had first-hand experience with it (if anyone's read my main user page), but I'm unsure if it rises to being worthy of seeing inclusion in the main article. No one knows with certainty how many were affected by last year's fiasco, beyond the hundreds of users that either posted in the official Bug Report and/or General Discussion forums. Maybe not that many, maybe some don't know that they were, maybe Blizzard successfully pulled a "psyop" to keep reaction muted, or perhaps all three.

Thought I should ask for a second opinion since I have a clear bias. -- [[User:Sojourna|Sojourna]] ([[User talk:Sojourna|talk]]) 22:40, 19 May 2025 (UTC)

Should the WoW data loss be mentioned?[edit source]

-- Sojourna (talk) 22:40, 19 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

I since decided to create a section about this on the article page for World of Warcraft instead. — Sojourna (talk) 03:51, 3 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
as WoW is affiliated w Activision/Blizzard I feel it should be mentioned. But as you've already created a page for WoW, just writing a short incident report and linking to the page should be sufficient. SinexTitan (talk) 08:45, 3 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
