If you go to https://www.hp.com/us-en/services/consumer/smartfriend-overview.html?jumpid=MAS-1755983234985HDG6YCT_RTM_SmartFriend_01 you will see that HP requires you to now pay a $16 dollar subscription to get 24/7 help desk support. Otherwise you are redirected to a best buy which is also impossible to reach. I found this because my laptop came with a defect and the screen has a lot of backlight bleed and I cant reach anyone for appointments or fixing plans. Its bull. |
