The AquaTru Carafe is a countertop water purification system designed to remove contaminates from drinking water using reverse osmosis. The water filter has a binding arbitration agreement which has the ability to be detrimental to the consumer.

The one concern with this product is the binding arbitration agreement included in the back of the user manual. The following appears on page 27
