I would like to know the lines in the article that sound one sided or aggressive (not including the consumer response section), as I feel my attempt to show the full picture of the incident was alright with the amount of sources available (and the fact I never used an Onn device before). I might've been a little hasty with the tone warning, sorry. It was mainly the section of Walmart's response that stood out to me as unfair since it more or less reiterates Walmart's bad practice instead of fairly representing their side of the argument. Also, I'm not quite sure if one particular sales rep's response is a fair assessment of the company...? Unsure about that, so grain of salt.

(Unrelated... unsure if profanity, even if it's a direct quote, fits the professional tone the wiki is going for. Could just be a me thing, but I think it should be removed since it isn't particularly adding much.) Beanie Bo (talk) 13:31, 20 September 2025 (UTC)

No worries regarding the tone warning. Though I wouldn’t say it was the word of a single sales associate, as the quote mentions they contacted the after-sales division of Walmart before making a response, and as a direct quote I think the wiki should display it at face value. Not everyone is going to have the tone of a Harvard professor unfortunately, but it is important to document what others familiar in the streaming device space have to say about it. I have found another review of someone using the Onn before and after the update, so I’ll also add that to the consumer response section this week. Mr Pollo (talk) 22:14, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
