Should we mention that nintendo removed and lied about game sharing features working the same if people chose not to use virtual game cards? People used to be able to play online with 2 consoles with one digital copy of the game. No longer. -- They used to have instructions on their site showing how this was done, and was removed upon release of the switch 2.
There is so much to be added here. I have a busy weekend, but will leave small notes here for later for either myself or others to add. | There is so much to be added here. I have a busy weekend, but will leave small notes here for later for either myself or others to add.

There is something to be added now, Nintendo forces users in the US to go through arbitration: https://accounts.nintendo.com/term/eula/US?lang=en-US (clause number 16, starting from 8/5/2025). | There is something to be added now, Nintendo forces users in the US to go through arbitration: https://accounts.nintendo.com/term/eula/US?lang=en-US (clause number 16, starting from 8/5/2025).
While this isn't enough to warrant its own section, I do believe that if you write about vimm/Emuparadise, you should also mention the removal of several of Nintendo's websites from the Wayback Machine (https://wiki.archiveteam.org/index.php/List_of_websites_excluded_from_the_Wayback_Machine). They also excluded the Yuzu emulator's github (https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu-mainline). The section can be titled something along the lines of "Efforts Against Community Archival". A few other companies have websites here, though some may be here for security reasons. Also, the list is NOT COMPREHENSIVE. There are some excluded websites not mentioned in the list. - Some Guy
Not sure if the sources are strong enough to use here, but if they are, it'd be good to cover the incident where they stalked a 3DS homebrew developer. The main concern I have is that due to the information being from the gigaleak, the articles all end up sourcing the same few social media posts. Maybe including sources that show the gigaleak's general veracity alongside the articles for this particular issue would be enough? Here's a list of a few articles I was able to find about the situation:
