In December 2024, Humble Bundle updated its terms of service, establishing a 3 year expiration date for all unclaimed game keys. They proceeded to retroactively apply this policy to past purchases, removing unredeemed keys bought 3 or more years prior from accounts. No form or reimbursment has been discussed at the time or writing.

In mid-January 2022, Humble Bundle announced that they were switching launchers, and with it, an exclusive shift to Windows-exclusivity.[2] By February 1, 2022, both Linux and Mac users lost the capability to reinstall the software that they had paid for through Humble Trove and Humble Games Collection.
