The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regulates U.S. financial derivatives markets[1].
The CFTC has various resources for members of the public to file a complaint. The Commission offers multiple webpage forms, each for submitting different kinds of information[2]:
- The CFTC has a whistleblower program which has a Form TCR for complaints and is offered with protection guarantees of confidentiality and anti-retaliation and the potential of a monetary reward.
- The CFTC also allows submitting a Complaint Form without submitting Form TCR through its whistleblower program.
- The CFTC also offers a Reparations program to receive tips and attempt to resolve in a less expensive and potentially more efficient manner.
