This "incident" has been blown way out of proportion. Yes, the wording/phrasing leaves plenty to be desired, but there is nothing new that this hullabaloo brings to the table. Dyvorn over on the Steam Community forum made a very nice rebuttal on 14 May 2026: [https://steamcommunity.com/app/1962700/discussions/0/844006002571355045/ Someone wrote a 50 page thesis about the EULA after 0.6 hours. Notability
