Mojang is a game development studio owned by Microsoft. Mojang is widely known for the development of Minecraft and its spinoffs. The studio was founded by Markus Persson in 2009 and was purchased by Microsoft in late 2014.

Kian Brose is bringing a class action lawsuit against Mojang as they have failed to comply with European Consumer protection laws by changing their terms and conditions without notifying their customers of the change several times. They claim "It’s up to you to occasionally check back here to see if these guidelines have changed" [1]
