I’m still working on this, so is there a way to publish a page as a draft before fully publishing or saving something I’m not too familiar with MediaWiki. - What I would recommend are two things:
- Use the Cite web template for your references
- You would insert the <ref>{{Cite web|}}</ref> in source editor after a sentence or word that relates to the contents of the reference
- Follow the Incident article format
- Use this form page to create the Cargo template
- Use the Cite web template for your references
