The Office of the Maryland Attorney General has a public-facing website to submit consumer protection complaints.[1] On the website, it says that:
Our online complaint portal requires a one-time registration to file a complaint. Only an email and password are required.
You can register for an account by clicking “Register” in the top right corner. Creating an account will allow you to upload documents to any complaint you have filed through the portal that is still open. You will also be able to see the status of your complaint.
