=== Warranty Concerns ===
=== Personal experience ===
A key frustration among affected users is that Nothing’s official customer support has allegedly refused warranty coverage for the Bluetooth failure. Some customers report being informed that this is considered "physical damage" or "out of warranty," despite the issue arising without external damage.<ref name="reddit3">[https://www.reddit.com/r/NothingTech/comments/1631w3t/nothing_refuses_to_fix_bluetooth_issue_under/ "Nothing refuses to fix Bluetooth issue under warranty" – Reddit thread]</ref>
This happened to me suddently and I am in the process of dealing with their customer support. I am within the warranty period of two years, and I am in spain so I should get 3 years lucky me. I guess this shouldnt be included here but yall figure it out

As a result, users have expressed dissatisfaction with Nothing’s after-sales policies, claiming that the company does not recognize the Bluetooth breakdown as a manufacturing defect. In some cases, users have been quoted repair costs instead of receiving warranty service.<ref name="trustpilot">[https://www.trustpilot.com/review/nothing.tech "Nothing.tech Reviews" – Trustpilot]</ref>

The issue has sparked broader debates in online communities regarding Nothing’s reliability as a new smartphone brand. Some suggest the problem could be related to a hardware-level defect in the Bluetooth chip or motherboard, while others suspect software corruption. Without official acknowledgment from the company, speculation continues.<ref name="reddit4">[https://www.reddit.com/r/NothingTech/comments/15ymn6t/bluetooth_not_working_phone_1/ "Bluetooth not working Phone 1" – Reddit thread]</ref>
