I eliminated a few duplicate categories where one category's name is in title case ([[:Category:Right to Repair|Right to Repair]]) and the other is in sentence case ([[:Category:Right to repair|Right to repair]]). I chose to keep the sentence case ones ([[User Talk:Waldo|reason]]).

  1. Before I started, there was no structure in the categories.
  2. Created the Wiki root category and the initial structure, establishing some naming conventions along the way.
