Layoffs and Studio Shutdowns
[edit | edit source]As Xbox had acquired a number of studios and including indie studios as this was huge promise for them to get financial support but as These games were added to Game pass which hindered actual Game sales as people would rather pay for Game pass and play the game for a small period and not have to buy it which include newly launched games that get in the Game pass library from Day one, The Game Pass was not even Sustainable at the time due to Microsoft losing money and is still not sustainable as they hike prices.
