m Add reference to bandai EULA
Naboroo (talk | contribs)
I added a link to Bandai Namco Entertainment's EULA from Steam, however I was not able to confirm the 4 first statements described in the First paragraph of the page. The agreements: 1) never state that you did not purchase the game 2) do not state that you have no ownership over the copy of the game 3) do state that usage must be done on a dedicated hardware, but I'm not sure to understand how that is anti-consumer 4) do state that the license can be revoked but it's normal for any EULA

=== No refund on EULA termination ===
Article 5.c of the Bandai Namco Entertainment EULA<ref name=":0" />:<blockquote>Upon termination of this Agreement: (i) your license to the Game shall cease immediately; and (ii) you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees, including any unused fees, if any, except for Purchased Game Currency refunded as required by applicable law.</blockquote>

===Why this is negative for the consumer===
Practices like this erode consumer ownership. They are part of the ''you will own nothing'' narrative that companies are now trying to push. This goes directly against consumers' interests as it removes the consumer's authority over its property.
