I purchased Cyberpunk 2077 years ago, but now the game won’t launch unless I accept a newly added EULA. Declining does nothing, effectively locking me out of content I paid for unless I agree to the updated terms. I tried requesting a refund through Steam, but it was denied due to their standard policy, and no further support was offered.
