IKEA Home Smart
IKEA offers a line of Smart Home Devices under the Brand "Home Smart".
In May 2022 IKEA released a new Smart home hub announcing that Matter integration.[1][2] But Matter was not yet implemented in the Hub. Instead it was delayed several times Missing advertised features. Finally in September 2024 2 years after the release it was implemented.[3][4]
During that time it was not transparent to customers when/if Matter integration will be implemented. No apologies were made.
