This seems to be roughly a duplicate of [[Post-purchase EULA modification]]. Indeed, that article says <q>Post-purchase End User Licence Agreement (EULA) modification, colloquially referred to as the ‘EULA Roofie’</q>, which suggests that the two articles refer to the same thing. I think the two articles ought to be merged.
