Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc is an American restaurant founded in 1940 under the name Sam's Tavern until 1969 where the company changed their name to Red Robin. The Company is known for their infamous infinite fries and Gourmet Burgers lineup, along with offering beverages services like milkshakes or alcohol. As of December 2025, it's currently serving 469 restaurants globally with a revenue of $1 Billion as of February 2021.[1][2]

Red Robin Sending Unsolicited Text
John Geraci filed a lawsuit in 2018 against Red Robin for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection act, sending promotional messages to customers even after the customers replied "Stop".[3][4] As of March 2026, the case is still active.

Red Robin Stella Artois False Advertising
In June 2020, a lawsuit was filed against Red Robin for allegedly lying to customers about contents containing 16 ounces instead of the product containing 14 ounces. On November 10, 2022, the case reached a settlement of $450,000, requiring Red Robin to compensate customers who ordered a small sized Stella Artois between June 25, 2017 and July 21, 2022 $3 for each purchase up to $15.[5][6][7]
