So this still happens pretty fast, I normally only refund if audible showed me the wrong Audiobooks or I bought the german version even doe I wanted to by the English version. I only said rigged because alot of my reviews never show up even doe I do not use swear words, or insults or anything that could be described as such. If they decline them they do that btw, silently you never get notified of this only when you contact support. Therefore they prettymuch moderate what they deem a good review and this has pretty much nothing to do with terms or conduct. German support confirmed that several times for me (yep I am annoying like this, sorry), they always frame it as a system error or "wrong" automatic flagging.
