What I've done

Eliminated a few categories

I eliminated a few duplicate categories where one category's name is in title case (Right to Repair) and the other is in sentence case (Right to repair). I chose to keep the sentence case ones (reason).

Moved all articles under one root category

Added a few pages to their respective companies' categories (e.g. added Steam to Valve Corporation).
Eliminated categories Individual, Company and Product (reason).
Categorized a few companies under Companies and a few products under Products.
Moved a few categories to Todo, which I created under CAT.
Moved a few pages and categories to CAT.
Categorized a few categories under Wiki root, such as Companies, Products and CAT.

Wrote documentation for categorization

Worked with Kostas, Keith and Mingyee to design a good category system for companies and products.
Wrote Categorization#Incidents, Categorization#Companies, Categorization#Products and Categorization#Rationale.
Designed diagrams for those sections.
