On May 6, Nintendo changed their Privacy and Poilcy. The changes are added for the new GameChat feature. In the process of changing the policy, any user cannot touch/access their data unless they accept. Another issue is that for certain account, you cannot accept the new Privacy and Poilcy making the account inaccessible.
