Have added a relevancy notice, as the incidents listed appear to be as a result of incompetency or mismanagement, rather than malicious or large-scale anti-consumer behaviour. Assuming that refunds etc. were provided after these events, I'm not sure how they relate to the wiki? Hi, Just opening a discussion as to how well this article, and the incidents related to South Eastern, fit with the wiki's mission and inclusion criteria

Have added a relevancy notice, as the incidents listed appear to be as a result of incompetency or mismanagement, rather than malicious or large-scale anti-consumer behaviour.
