GamersNexus, a pro consumer tech publication had their YouTube video taken down by Bloomberg as they claimed a DMCA violation on a fair use snippet from their coverage of Donald Trump's speech.

Background

On August 18, 2025 GamersNexus uploaded their documentary on GPU smuggling to China for AI training purposes.

On August 20, 2025, Bloomberg filed a DMCA takedown on GamersNexus' three and a half hour GPU smuggling documentary as they used a small credited snippet of current US President Donald Trump's speech. The video has since been reuploaded to the Internet Archive.
