Life360's Terms of Service includes an arbitration agreement which users must accept to use the app.[1] This clause was expanded in July 2025. Opt-out options were not clear and Life360 had not notified users of the Terms of Service update.
Background
[edit | edit source]Life360 is a company that offers a location sharing app "Life360" to provide safety features to families.[2] The app is highly rated because of the included features.[3][4] Life360 has previously been involved in a lawsuit for selling user data to third parties.[5]
