Discord disclaimer feedback

Thank you for drafting something. (I meant to, but am extra busy at the moment). I have a few suggestions.

• Add a clearly labeled link to the consumer rights wiki article about discord. (May as well promote our own stuff, and it gives more detail.) e.g.,

 See Discord for further consumer rights information about discord.

• I liked how TOSDR handled their discord support forum. https://tosdr.org/en/sites/communities I think being a little more outspoken would be appropriate (but that is just me.) "We get it, discord ToS bad. We do not promote discord. However, if you already have a discord account, come join us." (Well, maybe not quite that direct, but ....)
• Would help to include link to where to get help not on discord, and make it clearer that they don't have to join discord to get help.

Thank you for your detailed description on what it needs, I might try that later. If anyone wants to expand upon the draft they are welcome to do so, there's no rules against editing user pages iirc.
