I've removed the part about finding the right ISO due to the fact that if government agencies look over the wiki, they wouldn't want to see us supporting piracy.

→Upgrading to an LTSC edition of Windows: adjusted parts of the guide, after getting user feedback. Added the step for the execution policy question you get before running the script; unified the last four steps for the script and manual approach guides; worked on readability.
