stub appeal

I don't use Discord nor plan to. Hence am unable to appeal the stub notice. I believe the article's quite developed for the notice to be removed. I'd appreciate if the appeals process also catered to those that don't have Discord such as I. I'd also appreciate if sm1 posted this to the appeals channel on Discord on my behalf.
