EULA roofie

This page was referenced as an alternative to the EULA roofie page, but they appear to be seperate issues. EULA roofie refers to sneaking in unfavorable clauses or conditions for the user that they otherwise wouldn't have agreed to. It is not inherently post-purchase. I think removing "EULA roofie" out of the synonyms in the first sentence will help prevent confusion. Beanie Bo (talk) 17:06, 8 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

Make distinction clearer retroactive policy enforcement

I read the intro to Retroactive policy enforcement and to this article (Post-purchase EULA modification), several times, and I still can't figure out what the difference is. If these are the same thing, please make that clearer, and figure a way to divide the article based on type of content or something. If they are different, please somebody who knows this area spell it out more clearly. Drakeula (talk) 06:10, 19 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
