Netgear orbi mesh wifi 7

i have bought the latest orbies.I guess they are.I don't know cost about six hundred bucks 6 or 7 hundred dollars. The warranty, just ran out. It's maybe been, I don't know three months since i've had them and they are shot apparently. This new firmware update. There is some issue with, and they will not do anything without me paying them. They won't talk to me or anything.Anybody else having this issue? What can we do about it?I'm not about to be out, because i'm already out a lot of money on routers, probably thousands in the last couple months and i'm not about to be out six hundred more there's just no way.
