The overwhelming majority of recent reviews on ConsumerAffairs are extremely negative. 40 of 41 ratings are 1-star. Many reports of the devices being largely dysfunctional because of the enshittified free tier and worse, inability to cancel subscriptions, refusal to refund charges, and unresponsive support when billing errors occur.
