"Incidents"

I'm a bit confused about this section of the page - I fully appreciate the desire to have a repository of information about Flock Safety incidents, but the first line of this section says that this is a list of all incidents (and also that any incidents that are not included - that is to say, part of the subset of "all incidents" previously mentioned - can be found on a category page).

Is a great deal of information actually needed about eg. assertions that Flock cameras are an infringement of 4A rights, on these specific incidents? That claim can surely be covered earlier in the article, because most lawsuits regarding the usage of these cameras will probably refer to 4A, etc...

Would it be better as a table? Something more like this...

Location Date Organisation Complainant(s) Brief Summary References
Norfolk, VA 2025-09-18 City of Norfolk Lee Schmidt & Crystal Arrington Plaintiffs have had their vehicle positions logged >500 times each in a period of 4 months and are suing the City and Chief of Police to have their data deleted, and the cameras disabled (Imagine there's a reference here, I think doing the proper formatting would possibly do weird things to this discussion page)

I'd hope a table would invite more contributions to this article as the column headings guide potential contributors to the pertinent information required to be extracted from the source, with no fluff. The format might also help with keeping tone neutral imho.
