This business requires setting an appointment to come to their store in person to cancel your service.

My personal experience, after my appointment in the Spectrum store to cancel, my service was immediately disconnected. Spectrum later sent me a bill for another month of service. I assumed it was sent in error but now a collections company is sending collection letters to my home in reference to the bill that came after services were cancelled.
