In 2024, Frontier Airlines changed the flight check-in form of their website from the front page to encourage their users to check-in via app. The check-in was still available through extra steps by going to the "Customer Service" link at the bottom of the webpage or to the FAQs on "Help checking in" before clicking "Other ways to check in" to expand the hidden form. Additionally, there is an added fee of "up to $5 per passenger, per direction" for checking in via the webpage, as stated under the "Optional Services" page.
