The Net Neutrality Law, (Ley de Neutralidad de Red in Spanish), also known as the Law N° 20,453, is a Chilean legislation that promotes the net neutrality, a principle that prevents Internet and online application providers to arbitrarily include any form of block or restriction to the internet content without the user's request and to limit or restrict the control over a user's internet device. It promotes user privacy, the enforcement of parental controls for users who request it and principles of transparency of the internet service that is provided
