Better Way Electronics (BWE) is an Australian company founded in 2018 by Louie Tahiri[1] (formerly known as Luan Tahiraj[2]). It is focused around technology repair, and its tech diagnostic software was widely used by both tech repair shops and consumers doing personal repairs globally, especially for modern Playstation devices.

Owned by a [check edit comments!]
Better Way Electronics is owned by Louie Tahiri aka Luan Tahiraj, a convicted Child [mature term that is filtered] Offender who was indicted on 2014 in Australia[6] after forcing multiple underage girls to commit mature acts against their will,[7] and in one scenario documenting it, with threats of damaging or destroying her hardware should she not follow through.[8][4]
Attempting to cover-up malicious behaviors
Upon multiple occasions, BWE has been cited being the cause of content that is critical[4] or merely reporting on malicious behavior[3] of the company and its owner to be reported under a privacy request.[9] Additionally, recently, all public-facing ends of BWE have been taken down, including the website, X account, YouTube channel, and GitHub page were taken down, meaning additional evidence has likely been removed.
