Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc is an American restaurant founded in 1940 under the name Sam's Tavern until 1969 where the company changed their name to Red Robin, serving over -- restaurants globally and with a revenue of $1 Billion as of February 2021.

John Geraci filed a lawsuit in 2018 against Red Robin for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection act, sending promotional messages to customers even after the customers replied "Stop".[1][2] As of March 2026, the case is still active.

Red Robin Stella Artois False Advertising

In June 2020, a lawsuit was filed against Red Robin for allegedly lying to customers about contents containing 16 ounces instead of the product containing 14 ounces. On November 10, 2022, the case reached a settlement of $450,000, requiring Red Robin to compensate customers who ordered a small sized Stella Artois between June 25, 2017 and July 21, 2022 $3 for each purchase up to $15.[3][4][5]
