Forced arbitration

Section 19 of Coffee Meets Bagel's Terms of Use states that the user, by accepting the terms of service, waives their right to litigation.[1]

The forced-arbitration clause was added in March 2024, shortly after Coffee Meets Bagel changed how its premium subscription worked (in December 2023) to deny refund requests to users who were past a 30-day refund period.
