During the flight booking process for Flair Airlines, the seat selection menu provides a deceptive and/or misleading representation of seats 8D, 8E, and 8F by omitting seats 7D, 7E, and 7F from the selection menu giving the impression that the row 8 seats offer additional legroom. However, in reality the row 7 seats are present when on the plane and there is no additional legroom. Flair Airlines refuses refunds requests for the deceptive and/or misleading representation via their customer service chat bot or over the phone by simply referring to the Reservation Terms and Conditions policy (https://www.flyflair.com/reservation-terms-conditions) and not addressing the deceptive and/or misleading representation of the seats.
