Lack of click-to-cancel
[edit | edit source]
The paper's introductory subscription is $1 per month subscription for 3 months. After 3 months the subscription increases to $20 per month. Unsubscribing is only available by calling a customer service phone number.[2] This is anti-consumer because it's easy to sign-up on their website, but artificially more difficult to unsubscribe due to having no click-to-cancel option available.
