Keep in mind

• Include credible and verifiable sources.

  One primary source or two secondary sources are the minimum for each article; anecdotal evidence is not a source.

• Every claim made must be verifiable.

  Add references to everything that is not common knowledge or easily verified via an internet search.

• Issues described must be systemic.

  No isolated incidents and personal experiences.

• When you create an article with this form, it goes live.

  It's completely fine if you don't finish an article right away, but if you're not going to be able to get the very basics of a page created today (a basic statement of wht the article's about with a couple of references), it might be better to make a draft in your user space.
