Incidents

• 2023: Disabled access to the myQ ecosystem to "prevent unauthorized usage." This removal of API access to the myQ ecosystem prevented users from utilizing features that were previously available to customers. An example of an affected product is the Chamberlain MYQ-G0401 Wireless Smart Garage Hub.
• 2023: Discontinued support for "myQ Home Bridge" kit, which bricked a $70-90 device, with no refunds offered.
