Nintendo changed there Account User Agreement to not only revoke your account, but also render device permanently unusable in whole or in part.

Background

On 05/08/2025 sent out an email notice of changes to the Nintendo Account User Agreement and Nintendo Privacy Policy.

One of the changes was that if you modify or copy a Nintendo digital product they could brick your switch.
