For anyone working on this incident, there is also the Amazon Echo changes terms of voice usage article, which goes into the “Do Not Send Voice Recordings” privacy feature being killed to feed the Alexa+ generative AI model. (source) There is a lot going on with the smart assistant and the devices, which you can see on the main Amazon article.
