Logitech harmony was a line of reprogranebol unserversel remotes. That you can use to control your tv sound bar and other ir controld devices, later models included a hub and a smartphone app. In 2021 Logitech stop producing new remote but protest that you will still be able to make changes to the remote you purchased.

On march 2025 Logitech announced that they will drop support for the older models of the harmony remote that uses the Harmony Remote software, making them unable to be reprogrammed. On May 28, 2025. this change too affect, still a lot of users are still unaware of this change since

On the discontinuation notes Logitech sad this:
“After careful consideration, and more than 10 years of dedicated support, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue support for our Harmony First Generation Remote devices,” the notice reads. “As technology continues to evolve, we recognize the challenges in maintaining our services to the standards we strive for.”

Custermers ware understanding of this change since the remote ware between 15-25 year old, but ware still disappointed that Logitech did not make a option to make local changes.
some customers are acsedently buying the older models on the 2hand market, and therefore bying a unusebol remote.
