Keychron did not reach a standard of firmware that is acceptable for inclusion in QMK. And while at some point the keyboard was evidently supported by means of VIA, it is not supported as of writing. It has not made an effort to support these standards, but has wiped all evidence from the official page of any discontent.

They have temporarily permitted a somewhat negative review, which they have subsequently wiped. No negative reviews pointing out the keyboard's dysfunctional state regarding QMK and VIA support are published.
