According to the Signal Terms of Service and Signal Privacy Policy:

• A user agrees to the Signal Terms of Service by using Signal services (includes visiting Signal websites) even if the user does not accept the terms.
• Signal is not required to notify users of any future changes to the Signal Terms of Service or Signal Privacy Policy. As well, continued use of Signal services constitutes agreement to the new terms, even if the user is not aware that there were changes.^{[citation needed]}
• Signal expresses maximally limited liability for any damages that may be caused.
• Signal may share information to authorities to comply with law.
• Signal may share information with third-parties, which are bound to their own privacy policies.
